Children's Health Journal

So we are expecting our First little one in October! Can not wait for her to get here. One of my girlfriends was telling me about "Carnet de santé" I have done much searching about this book and have found great things but nothing I really liked. It is a Children's Health Journal, that you use from when  you children are infants to an adult. So since I am expecting this little one I decided to create a version that I like and would be able to use for her.

The Wellness Checkup pages are the years that a wellness checkup is suggested, and you can choose a Boy (Blue) or Girl (Purply-Pink).
